A deeply personal retreat experience on a quiet 20-acre forested property at the foothills of the Cascades. This retreat blends meditation, reflexology, intuitive energy reading, and dharma card reflection — supporting emotional release, nervous-system regulation, and inner clarity.

2 nights accommodation in beautiful 2 bedroom (+ loft) cabin with mountain views
Meditation instruction and practice including Samatha (Calm Abiding), Vipassana (Insight), and Somatic.
Energy Foot Reflexology session
Energy reading using pendulum

Dietary Considerations:

Meals are prepared with careful consideration of dietary restrictions and preferences. Muscle testing/pendulum dowsing for food issues is an option.
